Attorney Nicole M. Loughlin earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude and was among the top fifteen percent in her class. As an editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, Ms. Loughlin developed strong research and writing skills, which are invaluable to effective legal practice. Ms. Loughlin served as a judicial intern for a Senior United States District Judge and a United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court in and for the Southern District of Florida. She was awarded a pro bono commendation for contributing over three hundred (300) hours of pro bono work while in law school.
While in private practice, Ms. Loughlin has established a strong background in the areas of personal injury, estate planning, probate administration, community association law, real estate, and property insurance claims. She is involved in the community and serves on the board of directors of several local organizations. Ms. Loughlin is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. She is a Super Lawyers Rising Star 2021, 2022, and 2023, which is a designation of top-rated practicing attorneys selected through extensive evaluation, and no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in state of Florida are named to the Rising Stars list.
