Carly Lambert is an estate planning and probate attorney licensed in Florida since 2006. She attended the University of Florida and earned a Bachelors degree in English with a minor in Business Administration in 2003. She was a National Merit Scholar, part of the University of Florida Honors Program, worked part time with the University Athletic Association, and was a member of Alpha Delta Pi.
Carly then the University of Florida for law school and graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2006. She was on the UF Moot Court team and participated in various other clubs and legal clinics. After graduation, she was excited to move back to her hometown and has practiced estate planning, probate, and real estate law throughout her career. She has a broad understanding and extensive experience with the complex issues that can arise with estate planning and probate matters.
Carly has served on many local and statewide boards. She was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to two terms on the 12th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. She has been active in the Manatee County Bar Association, the Manatee American Inn of Court, she served on the Palmetto Little League board, was the PTO Treasurer at her children’s school for 7 years, and served on the North River Church Land Acquisition Team. She currently serves on the school board of Palmetto Charter School and the Cotillion Club of Manatee County.
Carly lives in her hometown of Palmetto, Florida with her husband and three very active children. She spends her free time attending her kids sporting events, boating, fishing, and reading. She also loves to travel with her family.
